Wish I did…I find that sticking to a low residue diet helps my ulcerative colitis. But, one gets tired of eating plain chicken breast, canned peas and rice with a s dessert of canned peaches *all* the time, and, while I confess this has always been one of my favorite meals (am I dull or what??), pizza does become a big temptation after a while…. So, any recipes would be very welcome here, too! Katie

hey guys, I’m new to this group. I had a resection a number of years ago and have been trying to live on a low residue diet to prevent obstructions. Recently I’ve had several partial obstructions, which have not been very pleasant. I am interested in being as healthy as I can, but as I have to avoid seeds, nuts and skins this rules out a lot of food. Does anyone out there have a similar problem, and can anyone suggest some nutritious, but low residue recipes I can try? Cheers, Patrick.
